1 cn28 oz tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 cSliced carrots
1/2 tsDried Marjoram
5 cChicken Stock
1 pk10 oz frozen spinach, chop
3 Eggs
1 cNuts (Optional)
1 tsVanilla
1 tsBaking Powder
2 1/2 cSugar
1 tsBaking soda
1 cVegetable oil
3 tsCinnamon
2 cGrated zuckinni
1 tsSalt
2 cFlour (plain)
1 1/2 cFrozen cut beans
1 lbHot or Mild Italian Sausage
2 tbolive oil
1 Large onion, chopped
1 pnHot Pepper Flakes
1 cn19 oz Romano beans
1 1/2 tsDried basil
3/4 cSmall shell pasta

Hellen Holders Zuckinni Bread Preparation

Beat eggs well, add oil and vinegar. Then add flour, zuckinni, soda and powder. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. NOTE: If you use self rising flour omit salt, soda and baking powder. Variations: Use dates. Allspice instead of cinnamon.
