Hellen Holders Zuckinni Bread
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 2 Loaves
| 3 Large cloves garlic, chopped |
| 1 cn28 oz tomatoes, chopped |
| 1 1/2 cSliced carrots |
| 1/2 tsDried Marjoram |
| 5 cChicken Stock |
| 1 pk10 oz frozen spinach, chop |
| 3 Eggs |
| 1 cNuts (Optional) |
| 1 tsVanilla |
| 1 tsBaking Powder |
| 2 1/2 cSugar |
| 1 tsBaking soda |
| 1 cVegetable oil |
| 3 tsCinnamon |
| 2 cGrated zuckinni |
| 1 tsSalt |
| 2 cFlour (plain) |
| 1 1/2 cFrozen cut beans |
| 1 lbHot or Mild Italian Sausage |
| 2 tbolive oil |
| 1 Large onion, chopped |
| 1 pnHot Pepper Flakes |
| 1 cn19 oz Romano beans |
| 1 1/2 tsDried basil |
| 3/4 cSmall shell pasta |
Hellen Holders Zuckinni Bread Preparation
Beat eggs well, add oil and vinegar. Then add flour, zuckinni, soda and powder. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. NOTE: If you use self rising flour omit salt, soda and baking powder. Variations: Use dates. Allspice instead of cinnamon.
