2 tsGarlic -- minced
2 cBeef broth
1/2 Bay leaf
2 lbCarrots -- cut in 2" pieces
2 tbFresh parsley -- chopped
1/2 tsSalt
1 cCreamora
1/2 cInstant coffee
3/4 cSugar
1/2 tsDried orange peel
3 lbRed new potatoes --
1 1/2 cWhite wine
2 tsGinger
1 tbMolasses
1 tsCoriander -- ground
2 Strips orange peel
1/2 tsFresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 cOnions -- coarsely chopped
Quartered
1/4 tsCinnamon
2 lbRound roast, trimmed
