1/4 tsAnise seeds
1/2 tsVegetable oil
2 Cod fillets; (4-ounce)
1/2 cbreadcrumbs; Soft
1/4 tsDried whole oregano
2 Lemon wedges
1/8 tsSalt
Vegetable cooking spray
1/8 tsPepper
1 1/2 tsFresh Lemon Juice

Herb-Baked Cod Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow bowl; toss well. Sprinkle lemon juice evenly over fillets; dredge fillets in breadcrumb mixture. Place fillets on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 deg for 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and breadcrumbs are lightly browned.
