Delicious Fall pie
Preheat oven to 450F. Combine all ingredients except whipped cream. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 450F, then reduce oven to 325F and bake 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool, then serve with whipped cream if desired.
Soy milk can be substituted for the milk, and it will still come out amazing.
