1/2 tsFennel seeds
3 tbDried thyme
1 tsDried Rosemary
3 tbDried savory
1 tsDried basil
1/2 tsDried sage
3 tbDried marjoram

Herbs De Provence Spice Mix Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and spoon into small jars. Makes 3/4 cup. Use to season chicken, vegetables or meat.
