Hoisin Bbq Spare Ribs (Hoi Sin Siu Haau Paai Gwat) Preparation
1. Mix soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, vinegar, stock, cooking wine and chopped garlic. Pour over spareribs. 2. Marinate 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. 3.
