1/4 cLiquid honey
2 lbPork spareribs; one piece
1 tbGarlic; minced
2 tbChinese cooking wine
1/2 cSoy sauce
1/4 cHoisin sauce
1/4 cVinegar
1/4 cChicken Stock

Hoisin Bbq Spare Ribs (Hoi Sin Siu Haau Paai Gwat) Preparation

1. Mix soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, vinegar, stock, cooking wine and chopped garlic. Pour over spareribs. 2. Marinate 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. 3. Preheat oven to 500F. Place ribs on rack over drip pan in oven, reduce heat to 350F and roast for 1 hour.
