1/4 tsPepper
3 tbMalt or cider vinegar
1 Avocado, bite-size pieces
2 cStrawberries, sliced
3 Kiwifruit, coarsley chopped
2 cFresh blueberries
POPPY SEED DRESSING
1/3 colive oil
1 1/2 tsPoppy seeds
8 cSalad greens, torn
1 tsGranulated sugar, or honey

In a large bowl, arrange greens, strawberries, kiwifruit and avocado. Poppy Seed Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar and pepper. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss.
