Really liked this recipe, I topped a Mexican Meatloaf with this enchilada sauce and it was delicious. Will definitely make again with enchiladas.

Delicious! Would double the recipe next time. A little too spicy for the children; perhaps cut cayenne in half.

Tried with Bert's Burritos. Poured sauce over burritos, topped with nacho cheese and baked.
