"My picky 12 year old son gave this a 4, but he very rarely gives my meals a 5. I will make this again though. I am getting better at pan frying but need more practice to keep the fish from sticking to the pan. I used a whole bag of salmon, so I should have made more sauce. I am not a big fan of salmon, but I actually enjoyed it. "- Heideheron

In a small bowl whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard, and water. In a small nonstick skillet heat oil over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking and cook salmon 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden and just cooked through. Transfer salmon to 2 plates. Add honey glaze to skillet and simmer, 1 minute. Pour glaze over salmon. SakiLove 2 months agoThis glaze is AMAZING. I seasoned the fish a lot more than the recipe called. And I made additional glaze. The glaze is a little thin and watery so it does not sit on the fish as I would prefer but still delicious and still five stars.
Valerie411 3 months agoSuch a great salmon recipe! Sauce was watery, but instead of pouring it over I brushed it over the salmon
AESG 4 months agoI used low salt soy sauce and cooked the glaze longer to thicken it.

lolahbf 9 months agoThis didn't work for me at all. Perhaps I got measurements wrong. It as too salty and too sweet at the same time.

tukua1217 1 year agoMy husband liked it, I thought it was a bit too sour. I will try it again with less lime juice and more honey.

jenniferrivera 1 year agoThis was really easy to make, I let the salmon sit in a ziplock bag with lemon juice, light salt and pepper for about 20min before I cooked it. The glaze was awesome, my 6yr old princess loved it!
