"My picky 12 year old son gave this a 4, but he very rarely gives my meals a 5. I will make this again though. I am getting better at pan frying but need more practice to keep the fish from sticking to the pan. I used a whole bag of salmon, so I should have made more sauce. I am not a big fan of salmon, but I actually enjoyed it. " - Heideheron

This didn't work for me at all. Perhaps I got measurements wrong. It as too salty and too sweet at the same time.

Sauce could have been a little thicker for my taste, but otherwise very tasty!

My husband liked it, I thought it was a bit too sour. I will try it again with less lime juice and more honey.

This was really easy to make, I let the salmon sit in a ziplock bag with lemon juice, light salt and pepper for about 20min before I cooked it. The glaze was awesome, my 6yr old princess loved it!

For vegetarians, use tempeh or baked tofu in place of salmon...great marinade!

Easy and tasty! Makes for a light but satisfying meal on a hot day. I added chopped garlic to the glaze. Grated ginger may pair wonderfully as well.
