"I have 3 teens in my fam of 5 so I doubled the sauce. I made Jasmine rice to go with it. I also used half reg mustard half spicy brown mustard cuz I ran out of reg mustard. I cut chicken into bite size pieces for faster cooking & easier to eat with rice. I cooked covered 30min uncovered 30min. This is sooo good & easy...definitely a new fav!"- michellerobisonbauer

christi023 3 years agoI thought this was pretty good. My husband said it was the best chicken I have ever made. It had great flavor.
magnet54 3 years agoVery good. Used three chicken breast instead of 3lbs. Turned out delicious and easy.
egable 3 years agoBoth good and easy to make. I used grey poupon for the mustard; I figure it would probably work well with just about any mustard. If you make a partial recipe, be sure not to overcook -- that was my only mistake. For a half recipe, 35 minutes is probably about right.
VHayward 3 years agoThis was awesome! It is rare that my husband, who is the pickiest eater on the planet, goes nuts over a dish and he loved this. I think this was a great balance of buttery sweetness with a hint of curry. Next time I will add a little more curry powder. This was great over Jasmine rice. Thank you!
pineapplebutter 3 years agoVery good and easy to make. I halved the recipe, so I should have shortened the baking time. I didn't and they didn't burn but only got crisp. I saved some sauce before adding the chicken and it helped keep the chicken moist. Thanks for posting.
