"I just made ths for supper and my family really enjoyed it!! I added garlic to my water (1 1/2 c.) while the carrots cooked. Once the water evaporated I added the remaining ingredients plus some parsley. It was just the right amount of sweetness & was super easy to prepare!! My husband told me I can make carrots like that all the time & the triplets couldn't get enough of them!! Thanks!!" - tripletmama

The sauce was too overpowered by the margarine, so we needed to add more brown sugar to offset it. Still, the carrots had a better taste but nothing to brag about
