3 cWhole wheat flour
1 cOatmeal; whirred in blender, (another handful or so In during kneading)
1/4 cHoney
1 tbYeast
1 1/2 cWarm water
4 tbGluten
1.5 lb loaf:

Watch the initial kneading for a bit - I had to adjust a little to get a good dough ball - I think because the oatmeal absorbs differently than the flour - enjoy and thanks for all the great recipies!
