Hot and Spicy Flank Steak Preparation
In large resealable plastic food storage bag, combine all ingredients except steak; mix well. Remove 1/4 cup marinade for basting. Add steak; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Remove steak; discard used marinade. Grill or broil steak 10 to 12 minutes or until desired doneness, truning once and basting often with additional 1/4 cup marinade. Do not baste during last 5 minutes of cooking! Thinly slice steak on the diagonal across the grain. Recipe by: Lawrys "Grilling with Marinades" Posted to MC-Recipe Digest by SassyBeth
