Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 tbSweet butter
3 tbDark rum
3/4 tsTABASCO? pepper sauce
4 Ripe bananas; peeled and
2 tbHoney
Chocolate flavored syrup
4 L/4-cup scoops vanilla ice
2 tbDark brown sugar

Hot Bananas with Rum and Chocolate Preparation

In large skillet, combine butter, brown sugar, honey and TABASCO? pepper sauce and cook over medium-high heat until mixture sizzles. Add bananas and toss gently, until each round is coated. Turn heat to high, add rum and cook 20 seconds or until mixture has syrupy consistency and bananas are glazed. Scoop ice cream into bowls and spoon warm bananas on top.
