| 1 tsBalsamic vinegar |
| 2 tbolive oil |
| 8 ozgoat cheese; Coach farms |
| 2 tbExtra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 4 Portabello mushrooms; stems |
| 1 tsTarragon leaves |
| 2 clovesGarlic; roasted |
| 1/4 cBasil |
| 1 tsCapers |
| GREEN SAUCE |
| salt and pepper; to taste |
Hot Smoked Portabello Pizza with Goat Cheese and Green Sauc Preparation
Prepare smoker. Rub mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Hot smoke for 10 minutes. Puree all sauce ingredients. Spoon over mushrooms.
