Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1/2 Head Romaine lettuce
1 cMayonnaise
1 Carrot; grated
BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
1/2 tsTabasco sauce
3/4 tsParmesan cheese
1/4 tsWorcestershire Sauce
1/2 Head Iceberg lettuce
1/4 tsCelery; onion salt
1 cAlfalfa sprouts
1/4 Head red cabbage; shredded
2 tbButtermilk
1/4 cFirmly packed bacon;
1/4 cPlus
1 1/2 tsWhite wine
1/4 tsSeason-All

House Salad #1 Preparation

Clean the lettuces and tear into bite-size pieces. Toss with the cabbage. Arrange the carrot and sprouts on top and dress with Blue Cheese Dressing.
