Original recipe makes 1
1/4 cFrozen pineapple juice Concentrate
2 dropsworcestershire sauce; (up to 2)
1/3 cWhite wine
1 pinchginger; Fresh or dried
1/4 cShoyu
1/2 cChicken broth
1/4 cCatsup
3 chicken fryers; Broken, split or Quartered

Huli Huli Chicken Preparation
