Here's the recipe I use. I think it originally came from the Frugal Gourmets first cookbook, but Ive adapted it to my own tastes over the years... Blend everything together in a food processor or blender. Adjust seasonings to taste (I often add more garlic and lemon, very rarely salt). Serve with warm pita bread and veggies.
