Grease 6 muffin cups. Mix all ingredients and fill cups 1/2 ful. Bake 25 minutes at 450* then without opening oven door, lower heat to 400* and bake an additional 30 minutes. These are puffy and almost hollow in the middle except for some layers of very moist biscuit like layers. Some people add cheddar cheese. I like them with just butter.
