Adobo is a combination of seasonings used regularly in Spanish cooking. If you do not have Goya products in your area this is an easy way to make some.


1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cumin

Original recipe makes 10 Servings



Combine all seasonings well and store for future use.

This is a great rub for steak. I use it on flat irons. This recipe has too much salt though - I used about half of what it calls for the second time I made it, and that was about right.
