Ingredients

4 cups ahi; minced
1/2 cup Onion; minced
1/4 cup green onion; minced
1 cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
3 tablespoons white truffle oil
1/2 tablespoon sambal olek
hawaiian salt; to taste
1 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation

Season ahi with Hawaiian salt. Add all ingredients, mix well then chill.Prep Time: 15 minutes Difficulty: Easy

My husband loved this. I found it very salty, and i had cut the amount of soy sauce to 3/4 cup. I also used olive oil infused with mushrooms instead of truffle oil. I think something to cut the soy sauce like lemon juice would help.

This recipe was very simple but way too salty. It calls for a full cup of soy sauce when you really need no more than 2 to 3 tablespoons. Ruined my fresh caught tuna.
