Delicious served over mixed greens.
Place mayonnaise in mixing bowl. Set aside. Combine oil, honey, prepared mustard, lemon juice, celery seed, dry mustard and curry powder in a food processor. Blend well. Gradually stir blended ingredients into mayonnaise. Mix by hand. Stir in onions and parsley. Chill.
Makes 2 cups.
I use dijon mustard.
