Ready in 20 minutes
A nice tasting easy to make Alfredo.
Mix milk, cream cheese, flour, and salt in a blender until smooth and set aside. In a non-stick sauce pan, melt butter on med-high heat and add garlic. Let the garlic saute for about 30 seconds. Then add milk mixture to the pan. Stir constantly for about 3 or 4 minutes or until it just comes to a simmer. Keep stirring and let it cook for a few minutes. When it's nice and thick remove the pan from the heat. Add the cheese, stir it up and then cover immediately. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
JStoley 1m agoOk, so the app is having some glitches...This is my second post, and I don't know how to delete any. But this is such a good recipe that it makes up for any problems I'm having with the app. 😉
JStoley 1m agoWay better than anything in stores! I followed the recipe exactly with 1% milk fat. Thanks for posting!

chmeeks 4y agoVery easy, quick and cheap! I had a little bit of all the ingredients, I just resized it and made for two people. I really like garlic so I used 3 cloves and added an little onion.
KelleyMeenach 4y agoThis is absolutely delicious and I've made it a few times in the past few weeks- delectable! This is also only 10 points via Weight Watchers! Thank you for your post!
tinsel 4y agoThis was very good and quick. I made penne pasta with asparagus and put this sauce over it and served blackened chicken on the side. It was delicious all mixed together.
waynewashington 4y agoKids love Alfredo and this one was good ... It was a little heavy on the garlic for the kids but they still enjoyed it .. I will be definitely adding this to the rotation of meals...thx
