Delicious Apple Pie.
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a 9" deep dish pie pan with spray. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar, flour, lemon peel, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well and add apples to the mix. Stir until the apples are coated. Stri in raisins. Spoon into prepared pie dish. Place crust on top of pie and trim edges. Cut steam vents in crust, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake until crust is golden brown, about 35-40 minutes. Cool for 30 mins and serve warm.
