2 1/2 lb Chicken; (whole)
2 Garlic
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Chilli powder; (optional)
1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil
4 lg Onions; chopped
2 tb Salt
4 Floz water or stock

Original recipe makes 1 servings



Wash and clean the chicken. Chop or cut into medium chunks. Heat the oil, garlic and the onion and add the curry powder, the salt, the sugar and the chicken. Stir well on medium heat for ten minutes.
