1 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Paprika
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper; (opt)
2 tb Black pepper
1/2 ts sage; Ground
1 tb Chili powder
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
2 tb Onion powder
1 tb Coarse salt

Original recipe makes 1

Added garlic powder and rubbed a pork roast. Smoked over cherry and finished in the oven. Great rub at a fraction of the price as pre-made rib rubs.
