All-purpose Rotisserie Rub

This is a great make ahead seasoning to grab for those nighs when you want to set it and forget it. It's great on chicken, fish, beef, lamb, and pork, and you may want to keep some close by the stove to flavor veggies as well.


2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Garlic salt
1 tablespoon Onion salt
1 teaspoon Celery salt
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/3 cup Sweet paprika
1 tablespoon Freshly ground black pepper

Original recipe makes 1 Cup



Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and stir to blend. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

When seasoning food, add seasoning on as a dry rub or you may mix with some vegetable oil to create a paste to rub on food.
