Very simple and delicious recipe
Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F), or fan oven 180 °C (360 °F)
Mix the melted butter, brown sugar and the egg yolks in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and the white sugar.
When ready, add it to the butter and yolks. Mix them all softly together, then gently add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, then finally the diced apples.
Lightly oil a casserole, and pour this mixture into it. You can use apple slices to decorate the pie.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes. Depending on the amount of apples, time can vary.
