A very nice and flavorful sauce that is quick and easy.
After cleaning the tomatillos boil with the serranos until they change color and until the chiles are tender. In a blender place the serranos, salt, garlic and cilantro and blend until fine. Add the tomatillos and continue again until smooth. Chop the avocado and onion and add to the sauce.
