VITAMIX RECIPE
- Place almonds into the Vitamix container and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 10.
- Blend for 2 minutes, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
- Stop machine and remove the lid plug. Add oil through the lid plug opening.
- Select Variable 1.
- Switch machine to start and slowly increase speed to Variable 8.
- Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
- Store in an airtight container under refrigeration for up to a week. It can also be frozen for longer storage.
