2 cups turkey; cubed
1 cup Celery chopped
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup cranberry sauce; whole berry, optional
1/3 cup Almonds; slivered, toasted
1/2 lb grapes; seedless
1 orange; sliced

Preparation

Drain pineapple. Combine pineapple chunks, turkey, celery and mayonnaise. Line salad plates with lettuce leaves. Place turkey salad in center of plate. Top with cranberry sauce and toasted almonds. Arrange grapes and orange slices around turkey salad.
