Suggest a better descriptionLine a 9 x 13 baking sheet with tin foil shiny side up. Melt the semisweet chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and add 3/4 tsp peppermint extract. Pour evenly onto baking sheet. Wash pot and melt the white chocolate. Meanwhile crush the candy canes or peppermint candies. Make sure the semisweet chocolate has almost set (10min) but is not too hard. Remove white choc from heat and add 3/4 tsp white chocolate. Pour the melted white chocolate on top of semisweet choc. Sprinkle and press crushed candy canes into the white chocolate.
Let sit for at least 1 hour. Lift bark from pan and break into pieces. Store sealed at room temp for up to 2 weeks.
