1. Heat oil and fry onions, chilli, garlic and potatoes for 7 mins.
2. Add the cauliflower and fry for 3 mins until light brown.
3. Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt and garam masala.
4. Fry for 5 mins then add butter and 5 tbsp cold water.
