Summer has arrived and what better way to celebrate than fresh shrimp with cheese on crisp toasts! Fourth of July and Summer BBQ''s will never be the same.
Preheat grill or oven to broil setting.
Mix olive oil and 1 tsp. chopped parsley and brush on both sides of French bread slices.
Grill or broil the French bread slices 1-2 minutes on each side until crisp and let cool.
Spread Alouette® Sundried Tomato & Basil evenly over the French bread slices and top with pre-cooked shrimp.
Sprinkle with remaining chopped parsley and serve.
