These from scratch cookies are super easy to make and they will be gone before you know it - better make a double batch!
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper, or aluminium foil.
Combine Butter Flavored Crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk, & vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed electric mixer until well blended. This can also be done by hand, if an electric mixer is not available.
Combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon.
Mix into creamed mixture at low speed or just until blended (again, this can also be done by hand).
Stir in Raisins.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet.
