Excellent quick chicken dish
Combine first 4 ingredients and shake in bag to coat chicken pieces. Brown in oil and butter. Reduce heat and cook until tender. Remove and add next 4 ingredients and cook to thicken. (incorporate sage flour mixture left over). Add chicken and heat. Sprinkle almonds and parsley. Serve with rice.
