Combine graham cracker crumbs with margarine. Press into the bottom & up sides of a 9" springform pan, chill.
In a small saucepan sprinkle gelatins over cold H2O, let stand 1 min. Stir over low heat till completely dissolved, about 3 min. Set aside. In a large bowl of mixer beat cream cheese with sugar till fluffy, about 2 min. Gradually add evaporated milk & lemon juice, beat at medium speed till very fluffy, about 2 min. Gradually beat in gelatins mixture, liqueur & vanilla until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust-chill 8 hours or over night. Garnish with chocolate sauce & berries.
Make whipped cream first. Needs 8 hours to chill or overnight.
