350 oven
blend flours and cornmeal. Add apple,beaten egg,oil,brown sugar and water. Mix till well blended and a ball forms. On a floured surface roll out to 7/8 in. Cut with a cookie cutter. Place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes. Turn off oven. Leave door closed for one hour to crisp treats. Store in an airtight container.
