Ready in 3 hours 45 minutes
Moist bread with a unique hint of molasses.
Add Oatmeal, Corn Meal, and boiling water. Mix very well to prevent lumps.
Cool 10 minutes.
Put in bowl.
If using a bread maker with the dough setting Add the ingredients to the pan as suggested by the manufacturer.
Else Knead, let rise, punch down, rise again
Grease and lightly dust your pan with cornmeal
Shape for loaf pan, allow to rise, slash top, egg wash top of loaf.
Bake 375 for 45 minutes.
Remove from Pan
Allow to cool for at least 45 minutes before slicing.
