Its a quick coffee cinnamon cake. Tastes great with a pat of Nutella or chocolate syrup! Hope you enjoy it!
Combine vegetable oil, egg, coffee, vanilla extract and milk.
Sift together dry ingredients; add to mixture. Mix well. Add Chocolate Chips.
Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan or a loaf tin.
Fold in melted Butter. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Insert a skewer in the centre of the cake, if it comes out clean the cake is ready :)
