1 Dried Guajillo Chile Pepper; stem removed
1 Tbs Ground Cumin
1 Tbs Light Brown Sugar
1 Tbs Coriander Seed
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, Ground
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 Tbs Peppercorns
