Andouille and Cabbage Crock
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook sausage.
2. Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours. Make sure vegetables remain covered with liquid and cook until cabbage is tender.
