Easy and quick tasty way to prepare salmon.
Preheat gas grill on high.
Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray. Lay fish filet bottom side down on foil. Lightly coat top of fish with olive oil. Squeeze juice of lemon over fish. Season generously with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, Italian Seasoning Blend, Oregano and dill.
Lower heat to low on grill. Place foil with fish on grill. Cook until desired doneness. No need to turn fish over. 1/2" - 3/4" filet usually takes about 10 minutes. Do not over cook.
If filet has skin, spatula will easily remove fish from skin once cooked.
