Easy slow cooker recipe
Place chicken pieces in slow cooker (3.5 or 4 qt cooker). For sauce, in a medium saucepan melt butter. Stir in salad dressing mix. Stir in mushroom soup, cream cheese, and wine. Pour over chicken in cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.
Can eat 2 ways.
1. Remove chicken from sauce, shred chicken using two forks, place shredded chicken back in slow cooker and stir with sauce. Cook angel hair pasta as directed on package. When done, drain pasta and stir into chicken and sauce in slow cooker and then serve. If desired, sprinkle with chives.
2. Cook angel hair pasta as directed on package. Serve Angel Chicken over hot cooked pasta. If desired, sprinkle with chives.
