Suggest a better descriptionBoil rice in water and salt. Rinse and drain with cold water. Put jello in bowl, add boiling water. Stir well. Drain pineapple, add enough cold water to pineapple juice to equal 1 cup. Add to jello, stir well. Cool in fridge till partially set. Beat with mixer until fluffy and double in volume (10 minutes). Fold sugar into jello mixture. Fold in rice. Fold in pineapple. Fold in cool whip. May put maraschino cherries on top. Refrigerate overnight. Double recipe.
