Ready in 30 minutes
An excellent paté when served with salad greens and baguette.
To make the paté, place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Season with black pepper.
Place in ramekin dishes and chill.
To prepare the baguette, cut into 3/4 inch slices and brush each piece of bread with a little oil and place under the broiler until browned.
Serve the paté on the warm baguette slices. Fresh green onions go very well with this light meal..
