An excellent pat? served when served with salad greens and baguette.


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
FOR THE PAT:
1 package Smoked Trout; (120 grams)
1 package Italian Ricotta; (250 grams)
2 tablespoons Creamed Horseradish
4 Young Green Onions,; roughly chopped
1 Lemon,; juiced

FOR THE BAGUETTE:
1 Baguette
Olive Oil,; for brushing
Fresh Green Onions

Preparation

To make the pat?, place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Season with black pepper.

Place in ramekin dishes and chill.

To prepare the baguette, cut into 3/4 inch slices and brush each piece of bread with a little oil and place under the broiler until browned.

Serve the pat? on the warm baguette slices. Fresh green onions go very well with this light meal..
