Chile Con Queso is Spanish for "chile with cheese". This is a 'Chili' with Cheese recipe which is a twist and yummy.
Add all chili ingredients in a crock pot for 1 hour.
Add Batch 1 ingredients, and simmer another 45-1 hour. Add Batch 2 ingredients, and simmer another 1/2 hour. Add Batch 3 ingredients, and simmer another 1 hour.
Sneak tastes with tortilla chips all thru the process!
Serve:
