Suggest a better description1. Salt and pepper pork. Cook chops in a stainless steel pan in oil and butter over medium high heat. Cook until temperature is 145 degrees.
2. Remove chops from pan and reduce heat to medium. Cook garlic for 30 seconds without letting it brown.
3. Add vinegar and deglaze pan. Add apple cider and dijon mustard and bring to a boil. Reduce until liquid has thickened. Reduce heat to medium.
4. Add rosemary and red chili flakes, stir.
5. Add chops back to pan and coat with the liquid. Warm meat through (2-3 minutes). Serve extra sauce over meat.
