Delicious easy apple dessert topping


6 apples; peeled, sliced
1/2 cup Flour
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup pecans; chopped
3/4 cup Margarine; melted

Original recipe makes 8



Spread apples in baking dish. Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, oats and pecans in bowl, mix well. Add margarine; mix well. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake at 375F for 35 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.

The whole thing was great, but there wasn't enough "crisp" for me. I would double the topping for that amount of apples.
